Food & Beverage Manager - Full Time position | Competitive Salary
We’re currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager with a January 2018 start date.
With lake views as far as the eye can see, the AA rosette Dining Room, Lounge, Lobby Bar and Lakeside Terrace offer a stylish, contemporary, yet relaxed dining experience like no other. Famed for our afternoon teas and a prominent venue in the area for weddings and corporate business; it is an exciting and challenging role for any food and beverage professional.
The ideal candidate will have a background in quality food and beverage outlets, be able to demonstrate driving service standards and average spends. Leading a team of approximately 30 staff, the person must be able to demonstrate motivation and leadership skills and given the complexity of the role, strong time management, administration and financial skills.

Room Attendant - Full Time position | £8.00 - £8.50 per hour
We are looking for a hard working Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. Your main duties will be the cleaning of public areas (bar, restaurant and reception) and the cleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a four star standard.
Waiting On/ Bar Staff - Full & Part Time positions available
We require motivated and enthusiastic individuals to assist our Food & Beverage team.
Spa Therapist (NVQ Level 2/ 3) - Full Time position
We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team in our award winning Spa, includes weekends.
