The Daffodil wins 4 Marketing Awards!
Here at The Daffodil, we love a good celebration and what better to see out a challenging 2016 than our Marketing Team winning not 1 but 4 national and regional industry awards!
As you know, unfortunately we had to close our doors in December 2015 for a full ground floor refurb following flood damage caused by Storm Desmond. During that time, our Marketing Team were hard at work staying in touch with all our hugely loyal guests, fans & followers and planning a few surprises to say thank you for all the continued support.
You may remember our Daffodil at Home Campaign that saw more than 1,000 boxes hand-packed full of Daffodil luxuries sent out to customers across the UK to enjoy at home. We also launched a brand new multi device website and booking system as well as a full brand refresh – all to ensure The Daffodil was back at its best for the exciting re-opening in July 2016.
The Daffodil’s ‘Re-Launch Campaign’ and ‘Daffodil at Home Campaign’ were shortlisted for 6 major industry awards – 4 glittering Award Ceremonies followed in London, Manchester and Cumbria with many a nail-biting moment - but as the results came in, the team were over the moon to take home 4 fabulous awards alongside global brands such as Samsung, Unilever and Topshop!
