Whenever you make a room reservation at the Daffodil Hotel & Spa, via either our website or Reservations team, we can guarantee that you will receive the lowest possible rate. If you find a lower publicly available rate for the hotel, on a competing website, prior to, or within 24 hours of booking your hotel room, simply submit the details, and we will create a new reservation for you honoring that lower rate.

The Daffodil Hotel & Spa guarantees that we will offer the best available room rate for any reservations made directly via our website or reservations team. Please note, the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to any additional guest charges or other additional fees that may apply. In the case of a fully prepaid rate booked via our website, the difference will be refunded to your credit card, within seven days of submitting your claim. If a pre-paid reservation is booked through a competing provider, the Daffodil Hotel & Spa is not responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation of that reservation.
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, such as corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting delegate rates or any rates requiring a promotional campaign code.
